We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur.
4.2 Availability
All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4.3 Substitutions
We may substitute items with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall theme and quality.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 2 hours, subject to production timing.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver Australia-wide.
We offer free local delivery within Toowoomba.
7.2 Timeframes (Estimates Only)

SA/WA/NT: Additional 1–2 days
7.3 Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (excluding free Toowoomba delivery).
7.4 Delivery Issues
Incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may result in additional fees.

Deliveries are made on business days unless otherwise arranged.
8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
8.1 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.
8.2 Food & Perishable Items (No Refund Policy)
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on food, edible, or perishable items where you have changed your mind.
However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty or unsafe.
8.3 General Returns
For non-food items, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
